This Privacy Policy explains what information is processed when you use AI Pong Clash on Android. The game is free, marked Contains ads on Google Play, and offers optional Bluetooth multiplayer.
HighApps Mobile does not create user accounts and does not run its own game servers. We do not ask for your name, email, or payment details. There is no global leaderboard in the app. Advertising, analytics, crash reporting, and privacy consent are provided by Google services listed below.
This policy covers the Android game AI Pong Clash (package am.highapps.aipong), published on Google Play by HighApps Mobile.

The game is ad-supported. It shows a banner on the main menu and interstitial ads before some single-player matches. Google Mobile Ads may process:
Personalized ads are requested only after the required consent or privacy choice has been recorded. If you decline personalized ads, non-personalized ads may still be shown where that is allowed.
Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics may automatically collect pseudonymous technical data, including device model, OS version, language, app version, IP or coarse network information, session activity, and crash logs. This is used to measure stability and fix bugs. We do not combine it with information that directly identifies you.
Local two-player matches use a Bluetooth connection between nearby devices. You can ignore this feature and play against the AI without granting Bluetooth (or location) permission.
When you use multiplayer, the app may:
Nearby-device details and match state are not uploaded to HighApps Mobile. Location permission on older Android versions is used only to enable Bluetooth discovery, not to map or track you.

Where GDPR or similar laws apply, processing by Google ads and measurement tools is based on your consent when a consent form is shown, and otherwise as described in Google’s policies for those services. Local settings and on-device sensor use are needed to provide the features you turn on.
HighApps Mobile does not sell your personal information. We do not share match scores or Bluetooth device lists with anyone.

Under some US state privacy laws, use of advertising identifiers for cross-context advertising can be treated as “sharing” or “targeted advertising.” You can opt out through the in-app privacy form (when shown), your device ad settings, or Google Ad Settings.

Ads or crash reports may open links to other sites or apps. Those destinations have their own policies. We are not responsible for them.
Where required, the app shows a Google UMP message before requesting personalized ads. If a privacy-options entry point is required for your region, Privacy Settings appears in the main-menu overflow menu so you can change your choices later.

On Google Play, AI Pong Clash is rated IARC 3+ / Everyone and is listed as committed to the Play Families Policy. It is a general-audience arcade game. It does not require an account.
HighApps Mobile does not knowingly collect personal information from children. The Play listing is marked Contains ads. Those ads are served by Google AdMob and may process an advertising identifier as described in this policy. Where required, we use Google’s User Messaging Platform so users (or parents using the device) can make ads and privacy choices. Device parental controls can further limit ads and app use.
If you believe a child has provided personal information through this app, contact us and we will take appropriate action.
Retention. HighApps Mobile does not keep personal data on its own servers. Local settings remain on the device until you clear app data or uninstall. Google ads, analytics, and crash services set their own retention periods.
Security. We rely on Google’s production services for ads, analytics, and crash reporting. Bluetooth match data stays on the connection between the two devices. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
International transfers. Google may process data on servers outside your country. See Google’s privacy policy for the safeguards it uses.
We may update this Privacy Policy. The new version applies when it is posted on this page. The effective date at the top will change. Please check this page from time to time. Continued use of the game after an update means you accept the revised policy.
